Comment: I wanted to be able to carry around my Macbook in a regular leather messenger bag. This case is perfect for keeping my Macbook protected from bumps and scrapes within the messenger bag. This allows me to keep just one messenger bag that isn't a specialized (usually bulky) laptop bag.

Additionally, the case is attractive, sturdy, and easy to use. The zippers are an ergonomic pleasure.

Comment: This computer sleeve was a gift for my daughter, so I can't say a lot about it, but she seemed pleased receiving it for her new computer.

Comment: When I bought this product, there was an incorrect image posted so the product that the company shipped me was not what I had wanted. When I wrote them asking about returning it, they quickly told me that it was not their fault because "someone" uploaded the wrong image. If I wanted to return it, they would waive the FIFTEEN PERCENT RESTOCKING FEE, but I would not be reimbursed for either the initial shipping or the return shipping, despite the fact that they misrepresented their product. Additionally, the case itself is not very padded and rather stiff. Their return policy is ridiculous and customer service is abysmal. I am never using XTREQ again.

Comment: It its very protective sleeve, the memory foam work great and fits really well on the MBP 13.

Comment: Really like this- the stiffer memory foam feels more protective than the standard silicone cases. There is a tiny bit of "wiggle room" as others have noted, which I actually like because I can throw a thin folder or a few key documents in there and just carry the case. Haven't noticed any problems with the zippers. It's slightly heavier/bulkier than I would like, but the trade off for increased protection is well worth it in my book. Appearance is slightly dull, nothing special... but then it's a laptop case, not an outfit :)
