Summary: perfect for my needs 2010-09-03
Comment: i needed a netbook case that would protect my netbook and fit in my bag comfortably with my textbooks and notebooks. this case did it perfectly. the case fits my 12.1" asus 1201n perfectly. It has an inner lining so it doesn't scratch my netbook. the handle is a nice touch too, that makes it easy to carry around and the case feels durable to me.

Comment: The construction, esp. the padded beading and precise fit of this case make this the best choice for a slip on cover.
Body material is neoprene; zipper backing is nylon. The zipper is double-stitched to the neoprene with padded 1/4" beading. Zipper ends are reinforced with extra nylon. Exterior color is black with silver highlight; interior color is red. Small Case-Logic logo inside and outside.
The pocket is large-enough to hold the power supply and not much else.

Comment: Pluses and minuses of this product, for me:
+ Handles let you carry it separately
+ Handles are built to fold flat
+ Zippers work well, and build quality in general is top-notch
+ Pocket can hold a power supply, increasing the ability to
+ Quite durable, with thick reinforced neoprene and tough seams
+ The reinforced material gives, but not as much as thin, cheap neoprene bags (meaning the laptop does not "swim" inside)
+ Perfect fit for my X100e-- and I mean absolutely perfect, including the six-cell battery
- The handles, folded flat, add ever so slightly to the thickness of the bag when inserted into a larger bag
- A thick corded seam on the outside of the external pocket unnecessarily adds to the width when inserted into a larger bag
- The outer pocket is unnecessarily restricted in size; it should be able to cover the length and width of the laptop, though it might not look as snazzy that way
All in all, by far the best bag for the buck I've found for the X100e. Check out the LNEO-10 for smaller laptops and netbooks.

Comment: I purchased this case for my netbook prior to a vacation. When I first looked at it, I thought it would work well for the computer, but I thought that it did not have adequate space for the power cords and wireless mouse.
As it turns out, those extra items fit quite nicely and securely in the case. I am very happy with the case and the seller was excellent.
