Summary: Excellent and big 2008-11-18
Comment: I purchased the charcoal version of this bag, its not quite black, a little lighter of a grey than is shown in the product photo. The color and canvas makes the bag look old and slightly worn however all of the hardware is certainly new, I like the look, but some may not. The clasp is very good, never come undone accidentally although its sometimes a pain to close if you're in a hurry.
The bag holds a ton. On an overloaded day this bag will hold:
15.4 inch dell laptop and charger
10 inch viewsonic tablet pc and charger
various pens/pencils
extra shirt
2 Liter soda
and a spiral notebook or two
Even with that, there's still a little space left in the side pockets for some random stuff(soda cans fit well) and in the back section for another spiral or two.
Overall the bag is very sturdy, well made, and carefully designed(I'm very picky about the inside layout of bags and this one suits me perfectly)

Summary: so far so good 2008-11-11
Comment: I got this bag for me couple of weeks ago, and so far it has been good. Looks good as well. The Ipod pocket given on the front, only fits Ipod nano. Also The flap which slides in sprocket is sometimes a nag to slide in. But thats fine. To sum up its a good bag even if you dont use it as a Laptop Bag

Summary: Great quality, great price... 2008-10-13
Comment: This bag is excellent-- it has a very attractive design and it's a strong yet lightweight in construction. Great in its distribution of weight. Safe closure system. The price here on amazon is excellent-- it was $50+ dollars on every other site I found it on. It holds my laptop, accessories, and textbooks with ease.
My only qualm is the lack of the handle on the top-- it is slightly inconvenient, but not enough of an inconvenience for me to discourage the purchase of this in any way.

Comment: This bag turned out to be much bigger than I expected. It says "15.4 inches" and I thought that this was it's width, but no, this is it's height; it's width is approx. 18 inches. I also expected the color of the bag to be a bit stronger, but the bag altogether looks faded; it's still looks cool and stylish but I just did not expect this. The bag is of good quality and seems as though it will last for at least a few years; however, the black strap has quite a few frayed bits of cotton thread-like pieces sticking out. They're hardly noticable but I feel like they're worth mentioning. Other than that, the color is cool and overall I'm happy with my purchase. I've gotten quite a few compliments.
