Summary: A great back pack for children, nice quality, good customer service, but limited colors 2007-06-22
Comment: I ordered 3 of these packs and my children aged 5, 5 & 7 carried them as their day packs on a recent trip. They're sturdy, comfortable for them to carry and a good size for a young child. They each easily carried a water bottle, small snacks, their long sleeved shirt, a camera, pencils and a pad of paper, but not much else would fit in the bag.
Unfortunately I had the occasion to use customer service because shipping took quite a long time because my color choice was backordered. I had to call and change the color twice in order to get the bag in time for my trip. The people at customer service were very friendly and personable.
I'm glad I got these bags.
