Comment: This Kindle DX case is really nice. The Kindle fits in it perfectly and provides good protection for the unit. Plus it provides a nice grip to hold on to the Kindle while reading, and the front cover when folded back if perfect for attaching a book light to so you can read in the dark or at low light level. If you are looking for a durable quality cover for your Kindle DX I highly recommend is one.

Comment: Very nice product, the only thing I would change is if you could open the front cover completely back and behind the DX. It just hangs out there in the way.

Comment: I received this as a gift from my father, as a result of telling him about my experience with another DX cover that I purchased (but returned because it was unsatisfactory). This cover has a solid, well-built feel to it, and I didn't find the scent noted by fellow reviewers, although noticeable, to be overbearing. It fades after just a day or two, and I don't actively notice any scent after a few days. The texture and feel is very pleasant, and makes the DX much easier to handle. It has a pen holder, along with a couple of pockets to hold small notes, cards, etc. The magnetic latch is secure, and does a good job of keeping the cover closed. The retainers keep the DX securely attached and are well-placed, and doesn't obscure any of the buttons, ports, and switches. This is a great cover, and I am very pleased to now have a very nice cover to protect my DX.

Comment: As advertised. My only complaint is the case has a weird, overpowering smell. When I'm reading the Kindle I have to take it out of the case, as the synthetic leather smell of the inside cover is unbearable. I regret this purchase.

Comment: It is worth this price and giving kindle dx very good protection. The cover is quite hard so it can protect the screen well. And there are also several pockets for memo inside the cover. However, the case I got was different from the picture. There is a cover over the keyboard in the displayed picture, while the one I got has only belts at the 4 corner for fixing. In fact I like the latter one better. Maybe the seller just sent me another item by mistake.
