Summary: Best laptop backpack ever. Versatile, durable and dependable. 2008-10-05
Comment: I'm on my second Sahara bag. I got my first three years ago and used it daily. As a journalist, I need to bring practically my entire office with me and my bag never let me down. I often receive compliments on it. After two and a half years of HEAVY use, the right shoulder strap started to rip. I ordered one more to replace it and ordered a third that now sits in my bedroom closet awaiting it's call to duty. Seriously, Wenger should have NEVER discontinued this bag. Of all it's bags, this one is the best.

Summary: Poor craftsmenship 2008-03-02
Comment: I was happy with this bag during the first month and a half. I then noticed that the stitching around the handle on the top of the bag was starting to fray. Within a week or so of noticing this, I watched as it slowly tore apart, ripping along the seam of the zipper. The bag is totally unusable now.
I do a lot of traveling and am constantly using this handle to pull the bag from under seats and overhead bins. This bag is clearly not up to the challenges of the seasoned traveler.
I also gave the company a chance to remedy the problem, but sending complaints through their website is like sending them into a black hole.
Do not bother with this poorly made bag.

Summary: GREAT COMPUTER BACKPACK! 2007-10-17
Comment: I had been looking for a good computer backpack for quite a while and this one really served all of my needs. Very comfrtable to carry, spacious pockets, good padding for my laptop. I've only had it for a few weeks, but so far I really love it.

Summary: Durabilty just not there 2007-07-18
Comment: The back pack was everything I was looking for in a commuter pack. Document compartments spaces for other equipment and fit my laptops (varying sizes) reliably.
The bad with this thing is that the left strap broke like other have siad within a month. The shock absorbing strab hun in there forever but the nylon strap will rip away quickly. It didnt take long for the right one to follow suit.
I have had this pack for 14 months and the shock absorbing straps are frayed to the point where I just dont trust the bag to stay together.
If it werent for the straps I would recommend this in a minute though.

Summary: Versatile and comfortable 2007-06-27
Comment: Great product! Love the design and orientation of the pockets. Comfortable to carry in hand as well as on back. I use all the pockets and they work perfectly for me. Computer in its slot, with main compartment holding extra battery, power supply, books, discs and headphone bag. Middle pocket for my paper notebooks. Outer pocket has my ziploc for lights and my misc stuff like Airborne, medicines, pens, USB thumbdrives, etc. Top access pocket has spare batteries for my MP3 players and my passport/boarding passes. Side zip pocket great for loose change, etc. It holds it all while not looking over-stuffed!
