Summary: Well Thought Out Product 2008-12-31
Comment: Mine arrived yesterday, and I migrated from my last backpack last night. This product was clearly well thought out and executed flawlessly. The amount of pockets really helps organize my 'every day carry' items, accessories, and cables. I carry a lot of stuff, and it not only all fits, but the amount of pockets and organization of the bag really allows me to organize everything very nicely. But most impressive are the little details: the sunglasses strap; strap pocket; there is also a pocket in one of the side pockets. This is one of the few backpacks I've had that really covers all the bases. The quality is really in the details.

Summary: Great, effective and efficient backpack! 2008-12-18
Comment: I bought this bag about a few days ago. The bag is very efficient, large enough to transport a 17" laptop computer plus books and folders without looking bulky or odd. The plastic handle is effectively constructed for durable loads. Overall, the materials manufacture, workmanship makes it feel like a very expensive bag but I got this at Amazon for $33! Worth it!
The extra padding, reinforced stitches, and numerous pockets are a lifesaver. Consider this a one-time investment. Get the backpack you want, with LOTS of pockets (you will end up utilizing them), generous amounts of padding, and reinforced handles and that rubber grip. This is the second Swiss Gear pack that I've had, the first one I lost, and Amazon has the best prices of Swiss Gear hands down with super saver shipping.
I really like the look, functionality and quality of this backpack, its heavy duty and well padded with ergonomic shoulder straps and an air ventilation system necessary for anyone who wears a backpack for more than just casual toting. I highly recommend this backpack; it's a great, really great and efficient backpack!!
