The Targus Monogram Backpack is designed to carry notebooks with up to 15.4" screens. The patented SafePORT Air Cushion System and molded EVA panels provide maximum security for your notebook. The zip-down front panel includes a business card holder, cell phone/PDA pocket, pen loops and key clip. The backpack is also equipped with a zippered media pocket for easy access to an MP3 or CD player. This backpack features 3D mesh on the shoulder straps, a sternum strap and a padded back panel for maximum air circulation for a comfortable fit. Summary: Toughie in your hands 2008-07-24
Comment: This is probably my best buy to date. It is just perfect - the color combination, the quality, the weight, the storage facilities. I can go on and on about it.. I would say if ur the type to carry a lot of accessories (as I do) I would recommend this backpack.
In case ur wondering i have my laptop (14 inch) + 500 GB Buffalo External Drive + 320 WD Passport drive + card reader + SD card case + assortment of wires + 2 mobile phones + assorted software dvd. and there is still loads of space available.

Summary: Great Pack at a great price! 2008-06-13
Comment: This pack is made of high quality components throughout with strong attention to quality control in manufacturing. The zippers are big and beefy. Its backed by a lifetime warranty. The sternum and waste straps and phone case are removable. I require near mil-spec quality and durability for my gear and this pack does not disappoint me. The front insulated compartment is big and could hold quite a bit of temperature controlled food, but I just use it as a place for my wallet, smartphone and keys with plenty of room to spare. The two insulated side pouches were designed for water bottles, but also work well to store my power supply and mouse on one side and a couple of spare notebook batteries on the other. The main compartment does a good job of storing my 15.4" notebook and a large zippered padfolio/organizer. the smaller middle compartment is a good place to stash a hardback textbook and has plenty of zippered & velcro organizer compartments for smaller items. The back of the pack is well ergo-padded and ventilated. The top handle is big, wide and comfortable to use.
This is a great pack for anyone who needs to tote both a PC-notebook & accessories as well as books & organizers around with them, plus room for extra personal stuff. This pack comes it the colors of medium-orange (not as bright as the photo here) which is currently on sale for a great price, as well as green and black. - HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
